摘要
称取167 g槲寄生、83 g红花、334 g老鹳草、83 g制草乌、167 g续断加水,用闪式提取器提取3 min即可得提取液1.称取独活和威灵仙各83 g,加入10倍量于称取物的体积分数75%的乙醇,用闪式提取器提取3 min便可得提取液2.合并提取液1和2,将混合液浓缩为浸膏(相对密度为1.18~1.20),再加入一定的辅料蔗糖和糊精,制粒干燥.此方法制备出的祛风止痛颗粒,颗粒松散,颜色均一,溶解度高,颗粒干燥度高,粒度也低于15%,各项指标均符合药典的规定标准,且通过此方法制备的祛风止痛颗粒可以应用于大规模的生产.
QufengZhitong granule is composed by clematis chinensisosbeck,angelicaepubescenticradix,geranium wilfordiimaxim,viscum coloratum,dipsacales,prepared Kusnezoff monkshood root and carthamustinctorius L.QufengZhitong granule was made up of two extract and other subsidiary materials.The extract 1was composed by geranium wilfordiimaxim for 334 grams,Viscum coloratum for 167 grams,dipsacales for 167 grams,prepared Kusnezoff monkshood root for 83 grams and carthamustinctorius L for 83 grams,which was extracted by flash extractor for 3 min in water.The extract 2 was composed byclematis chinensisosbeck and angelicaepubescenticradix for both 83 grams,which was extracted by flash extractor for 3 min in 75%ethanol.The mixture of extract 1 and extract 2 were futher inspissated into a liquid paste at a relative density of 1.18 to 1.20,which were combined with some amount of single syrup and dextrin to make the particles.The prepared QufengZhitong granule had uniform color,high solubility,well liquidity,high dryness and moderate size,which was in line with the pharmacopeia regulations.The prepared QufengZhitong granule could be used in scale production by pharmaceutical production enterprises.
