摘要
随着经济和科技不断发展,我国建筑工程从21世纪初开始,进入了黄金发展时期,建筑市场不断扩大。伴随建筑企业和从业人员不断增多,建筑工程施工质量管理难度加大。施工质量管理是建筑工程质量的前提和基础,只有保证施工管理的质量,才能够为质量管理提供保障。在阐述建筑工程质量施工管理的原则和特点基础上,探讨现阶段我国建筑工程施工质量管理中存在的问题,并提出针对性优化措施。
With the continuous development of economy and technology,China's construction engineering from the beginning of the 21st century into the golden development period,the construction market has been expanding.With the increasing number of construction enterprises and practitioners,the construction quality management of construction projects has become more difficult.Construction quality management is the premise and foundation of construction engineering quality,only guarantee the quality of construction management,can provide guarantee for quality management.On the basis of expounding the principles and characteristics of construction engineering quality construction management,this paper probes into the problems existing in construction engineering quality management at present stage in China,and advances some corresponding optimization measures.
