摘要
结合煤的格金低温干馏试验,分析其基本操作原理以及试验过程,在研究的过程中,重点对试验过程中的称重、装样、干馏炉温度变化、水槽温度变化、干馏总水分测定以及焦型判断分析等方面展开研究。旨在通过对格金低温干馏试验的影响因素进行分析,并通过干馏炉温度、水槽温度以及蒸馏速度等方面的综合调控,实现煤的格金低温干馏试验精度、准确性提升。
Combined with the low temperature dry distillation test of coal,the basic operation principle and test process are analyzed.During the research,the research emphasis is on the weighing,sample loading,temperature change of the dry distillation furnace,temperature change of the water tank,and the total moisture of dry distillation and measurement and analysis of coke type.The purpose is to analyze the influencing factors of Gejin low temperature dry distillation test,and through the comprehensive adjustment of the temperature of the carbonization furnace,the temperature of the water tank and the distillation speed,to improve the accuracy and accuracy of the coal gold low temperature dry distillation test.
