摘要
通过建立1/N叶根连接结构有限元模型,对风电叶根T型螺母的力学性能进行了研究,提出一种叶根T型螺母应力的理论计算方法。根据T型螺母支反力的有限元计算结果,该计算方法采用近似的函数式来描述T型螺母的支反力,然后根据材料力学理论得到T型螺母弯矩和应力的理论计算式。通过对比T型螺母的弯矩,理论计算与有限元结果差异较小,说明叶根T型螺母应力理论计算方法是可行的。相比有限元方法,这种理论计算方法更加简单、方便,并且大大减少工作量,提高了工作效率。
This paper studies the mechanical properties of wind turbine blade root T-nuts by establishing a 1/N blade root connection structure finite element model,and proposes a theoretical calculation method for blade root T-nut stresses.According to the finite element calculation of the reaction force of the T-nut support,this calculation method uses an approximate function formula to describe the reaction force of the T-nut support,and then obtains the theoretical calculation formula of the bending moment and stress of the T-nut according to the material mechanics.By comparing the bending moments of T-nuts,the difference between the theoretical calculation and the finite element results is small,which indicates that the theoretical calculation method of the T-nuts in the blade root is feasible.Compared with the finite element method,this theoretical calculation method is simpler and more convenient,and greatly reduces the workload and improves the work efficiency.
