摘要
为了提高桥梁养护、维修及改造的水平,对桥梁的实际状态进行准确评估是非常重要的一项工作,也是后续选取养护对策的重要依据。目前对桥梁进行状态评估的方法多使用层次分析法或模糊状态评估法,该方法也是目前公路桥梁技术状况评定标准所采用的方法。文章将层次分析法和模糊理论结合起来使用,首先利用层次分析法求得各层指标权重值,进而使用隶属度函数,对评估指标进行量化,经过多层次模糊运算,建立模糊状态的评估模型,同时阐述了最大隶属度法评价桥梁的的优缺点。并在原来基础上优化最大隶属度法,使评估的结果更加贴近桥梁实际状态,最后以某矮塔斜拉桥实桥为例,得到了与实桥较吻合的评估结果,说明了该方法的适用性,给其他桥梁评估提供参考。
In order to improve the level of maintenance and reconstruction of bridges, it is very important to accurately evaluate the actual state of bridges. State assessment of bridges is also an important basis for subsequent selection of maintenance countermeasures. At present, the method of state assessment of bridges mostly uses the analytic hierarchy process or fuzzy state assessment method, which is also the method adopted by the current evaluation criteria of the technical status of highway bridges. This paper combines the analytic hierarchy process with the fuzzy theory, uses the analytic hierarchy process to get the weight, and then uses the membership function to quantify the evaluation index. After the multi-level fuzzy operation, the evaluation model of the fuzzy state is established. At the same time, the advantages and disadvantages of the maximum membership method to evaluate the bridge are expounded. The maximum membership degree method is optimized on the original basis to make the evaluation results closer to the actual state of the bridge. Finally, taking a low-pylon cable-stayed bridge as an example, the evaluation results are in good agreement with the real bridge, which shows the applicability of the method and provides a reference for other bridge evaluation.
