摘要
为了实现三电机系统的速度与张力精确解耦和扰动补偿,提出了一种基于改进的自抗扰控制器在三电机同步系统中的控制方法,该控制器在非线性状态误差反馈中引入类似积分增益环节,进一步提高了系统的动、稳态性能。通过设计三个自抗扰控制器,分别对速度环和两个张力环进行控制,实现了速度与张力之间的精确解耦,并且将系统的内扰、外扰以及速度张力之间的耦合影响当作系统的总扰动,对总扰动进行实时观测和补偿。仿真结果验证了本文所提出的改进自抗扰控制方法比传统的自抗扰控制方法在三电机同步系统中具有更好的动、稳态性能和鲁棒性。
In order to realize the precise decoupling and disturbance compensation of the speed and tension in the three-motor system,a control method based on the improved active disturbance rejection controller in the three-motor synchronous system is proposed.The similar integral gain link is introduced in the nonlinear state error feedback,therefore the dynamic and steady state performance of the system is further improved.By designing three ADRC controllers,the speed loop and the two tension loops are respectively controlled to achieve precise decoupling between speed and tension.The internal and external disturbance of the system and the coupling effect of speed and tension are treated as the total disturbance of the system,and it is observed and compensated in real time.The simulation results verify that the improved ADRC control method has better dynamic and steady-state performance as well as robustness than the traditional ADRC control method in the three-motor synchronous system.
