超大直径泥水盾构矿山法隧道接收及空推技术研究

摘要 在国内城市地铁隧道施工,超大直径施工案例较少,并且矿山法隧道内接收并空推的更为少见,本文以广深港客运专线益田路隧道为例,从施工过程中的联系测量、端墙施工、隧道接收、导台施工、空推掘进、壁后支垫与填充、基座轨道安装等方面进行分析,指出了该工法质量流程控制,形成了一整套的相关控制技术,并针对施工中的重难点及风险,提出有效的解决措施,保障了盾构端墙接收的安全,管片成型质量的控制,以期对类似工程起到借鉴及帮助的作用。 In domestic urban subway tunnel construction,there are fewer super-large diameter construction cases,and it is rare to receive and air push in the mine tunnel.This article takes the Yitian Road tunnel of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Passenger Dedicated Line as an example,analyzes from the aspects of connection measurement during construction,end wall construction,tunnel reception,guide platform construction,aerial tunneling,back support and filling of the wall,and base rail installation,points out the quality process control of the construction method,forming a set of related control technologies,and proposes effective solutions to ensure the safety of the shield end wall reception and the control of the quality of the segment forming,with a view to playing a role as a reference and help for similar projects.
