摘要
同步开关(相控开关)具有能够控制线路电压或者电流在期望的相位进行关合和开断的能力。以DSP为处理核心,设计了一套同步开关用的选相控制器,阐述了选相控制器在整个同步开关开合技术中的应用,介绍了各硬件模块的功能特性,利用选相控制器结合软件以及开关本体实现了对同步开关的选相分合闸的控制,试验测试表明,在不同温度下对小电流进行分闸和合闸操作,其选相控制精度在±0.5ms之内,验证了同步开关用选相控制器设计方案的可行性和正确性。
The synchronous switch(phase-controlled switch)has the ability to control the line voltage or current to make and break at the desired phase.The article uses DSP as the core,designs a set of synchronization switch with the permanent magnetic controller for phase se-lection.This paper firstly describes the application of phase selection controller in the synchronous switching technology,and then introduces the function characteristics of each hardware module.The phase selection controller is combined with software and switch body to realize the control of phase selection and closing of the synchronous switch.Tests have shown that the accuracy of phase selection control is not greater than±0.5 ms for breaking and making of small currents at different temperatures,and the feasibility and correctness of the design scheme of the phase selection controller for synchronous switch is verified.
