摘要
针对复合纺纱技术多轴系喂入汇聚的复杂性和多样化,采用文献对比分析的方法,对等汇聚点与非等汇聚点纺纱技术研究现状进行评述,结果表明:多轴系喂入汇聚的基本形式是二、三、四轴系的复合纺纱技术,用同轴包芯纺(或称皮芯纺)可以实现较完整的包覆,模量的匹配需采取不同的螺旋半径或螺旋角。为得到结构调整的复合纺纱,由东华大学纺织材料与技术和纤维软物质团队提出从轴系和结构上进行设计,实现了成纱结构的灵活多变和性能的高功效与定量化,其加工组件构成简洁、操作方便且模块化。可为短纤维高效、低耗、高品质成纱的纺纱技术发展提供技术支撑,为纱线多样化、功能化、智能化提供依据。
Aiming at the complexity and diversity of multi-axis feeding and converging of composite spinning technology,the research status of spinning technology of equal convergence point and non-equal convergence point was reviewed by comparative analysis of literature,which shows that the composite spinning technology with 2,3,4 axes system is the basic form,with coaxial core-spun spinning or sheathcore spinning to achieve a more complete coverage,the module is matched with a different spiral radius or spiral angle.In order to obtain a structural adjustment of the composite spinning,deign from the axis and structure was proposed by the textile materials and technology and fiber soft matter team of Donghua University,and the flexibility of the yarn structure and the high efficiency and quantification of performance was realized,whose component adapts are simple and easy to disassemble.Provide technical support for the development of spinning technology for staple fibers with high-efficiency,low-consumption and high-quality spinning,provide the basis for yarn diversification,function and intelligence.
