提高油田在用变频控制设备运行质量的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 提高油田在用变频控制设备运行质量是一项十分重要的工作。针对油田在用各种变频控制设备存在的设备品牌多、质量参差不齐、使用环境条件恶劣、谐波污染、运行参数不合理、电网电压过高或过低对变频控制设备的影响、故障维修能力相对不足、电网电压暂降对变频控制设备的影响和外围其它控制设备对变频控制设备干扰等八个问题,提出了加强油田在用变频控制设备技术资料的收集与汇总,制定油田在用变频控制设备相关企业技术标准和质量检测检验技术手段,把好质量关,加强保养和维护,改善控制设备现场工作环境条件,尽量减少环境对设备的影响,对变频控制设备采取谐波抑制措施,优化变频控制设备生产运行参数设置,加强过电压和欠电压的处理,建立专业化的维修保障队伍,解决电网电压暂降对在用变频控制设备的影响,以及对在用变频控制柜的整体优化等九项针对措施。实践证明,这些措施均十分有效,仅以胜利油田孤东采油厂为例,目前在用各类节能变频控制设备1 260余台,实现年变频节能效益达400余万元。 It is a very important work to improve the operation quality of frequency conversion control equipment in oil field.In view of the various frequency control equipment in use in the oilfield,there are many brands of equipment,uneven quality,poor use environment conditions,harmonic pollution,unreasonable operation parameters,the impact of too high or too low grid voltage on the frequency control equipment,relatively insufficient fault maintenance capacity,the impact of grid voltage sag on the frequency control equipment and the impact of other peripheral control equipment on the frequency control equipment Eight problems are raised,such as strengthening the collection and summary of the technical data of the frequency conversion control equipment in use in the oil field,formulating the technical standards and quality inspection technical means of the relevant enterprises of the frequency conversion control equipment in use in the oil field,controlling the quality of the incoming equipment,strengthening the maintenance and repair,improving the working environment of the control equipment,minimizing the impact of the environment on the equipment and the frequency conversion control The equipment adopts harmonic suppression measures,optimizes the setting of production and operation parameters of frequency conversion control equipment,strengthens the handling of over-voltage and under voltage,establishes professional maintenance support team,solves the influence of grid voltage sag on in-service frequency conversion control equipment,and optimizes the whole in-service frequency conversion control cabinet.The practice shows that these measures are very effective.Only taking GudongOil Production Plant of Shengli Oilfield as an example,more than 1260 energy-saving frequency conversion control equipment are being used at present,and the annual energy-saving benefit of frequency conversion is more than 4 million yuan.
