摘要
目的:探讨基于Caprini血栓风险评估量表的分级护理在妇科围术期患者静脉血栓栓塞症预防中的应用效果。方法:将2019年10月1日~12月31日60例妇科手术患者作为对照组,采用常规护理措施;将2020年1月1日~3月31日收治的60例妇科手术患者作为观察组,采用基于Caprini血栓风险评估量表的分级护理干预措施。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组患者下肢肿胀发生率、VTE发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者住院时间短于对照组,患者VTE预防措施知晓率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用基于Caprini风险评估量表的分级护理干预措施,能够明显减轻妇科围术期患者下肢肿胀情况,提高患者VTE预防措施知晓率,降低VTE发生率,缩短住院时间,提高患者护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of graded nursing based on Caprini thrombosis risk assessment scale in the prevention of venous thromboembolism in perioperative patients of gynecology.Methods:Sixty patients with gynecological surgery from October 1 to December 31,2019 were taken as the control group,and routine nursing measures were adopted.Sixty cases of gynecological surgery patients admitted from January 1 to March 31,2020 were taken as the observation group and graded nursing intervention measures based on Caprini thrombosis risk assessment scale were adopted.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The incidence of lower limb swelling and VTE in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The hospital stay of patients in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the awareness rate of VTE preventive measures in patients was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The graded nursing intervention measures based on Caprini risk assessment scale can significantly reduce the lower extremity swelling of patients during the perioperative period of gynecology,improve the awareness rate of patients with VTE preventive measures,reduce the incidence of VTE,shorten the length of stay,and improve patients′nursing satisfaction.
