摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎传染力强,而血液透析患者属于易感人群,且透析中心人群密度高,极易引发聚集性疫情。在血液净化中心的感控管理、工作人员管理及防护、消毒管理、医疗废弃物品管理等方面多个组织制定并发布了血液净化中心关于新冠肺炎的防控建议及措施,但在仪器设备的安全使用及其维护过程中工程师的安全防护环节论述较少。根据一个多月的实践,本文根据新冠肺炎防疫期透析治疗中血透设备及工程人员的临床特点,对血液净化中心工程师在防控策略方面进行补充:(1)设备的维护保养过程中院内工程师对有故障的机器,尽量做到自行维修,维修工具使用后加强消毒;加强院内工程师、厂家工程师防护。(2)反渗水及透析液的防控流程:在防控期间增加反渗水及透析液检测的频率;一次尽量多地预定透析浓缩液,加强配送人员防护。(3)加强透析机表面、内部管路的消毒。
Duo to high infection of COVID-19 and high density of the population in the dialysis center,hemodialysis patients are susceptible to this disease.Several relate organizations have formulated and issued the blood purification center’s recommendations and measures for the prevention and control of COVID-19 in COVID-19 control and management,blood purification center management and protection,disinfection management,medical waste management and so on.However,the safety protection of engineers in the process of safe use and maintenance of instruments has not been discussed.According to more than one month practice of COVID-19 and clinical features of the new blood treatment equipment or engineering personnel,some control strategy will be supplemented in this article.First,the engineers in the hospital should try to repair the faulty machines by themselves and strengthen the disinfection of the repair tools during the maintenance of the equipment.In addition,the protection of engineers and manufacturers in the hospital should be strengthened.Second,during the prevention and control period,it is necessary to increase the detection frequency of reverse osmosis water or dialysate and order more dialysis concentrates as possible at one time.Besides,to strengthen the protection of distribution personnel is essential.Third,it is imperative to strengthen disinfection of dialysis machine surface and internal pipeline.
