摘要
ε-聚赖氨酸(ε-PL)是微生物发酵产生的一种天然氨基酸聚合物,在食品、医药等行业有着广阔的应用前景。本文综述了近年来ε-PL生物合成方面的研究进展,着重探讨ε-PL生产菌株的新型育种方法以及ε-PL在医药领域的应用,旨在为ε-PL的工业生产和应用拓展提供理论依据。
ε-polylysine is a kind of natural amino acid polymer produced by microbial fermentation,which has a broad application prospect in food,medicine and other industries.This paper reviewed the research progress in the biosynthesis ofε-polylysine in recent years,and especially discusses the new breeding methods ofε-polylysine production strains and the application ofε-polylysine in medicine field.The aim is to provide theoretical basis for the industrial production and application development ofε-polylysine.
