2018年宁河区儿童和孕妇尿碘检测结果分析 被引量:2

Analysis of urine iodine test results of children and pregnant women in Ninghe District in 2018

摘要 目的分析天津市宁河区儿童和孕妇碘营养现况,为碘缺乏病的预防和临床治疗提供依据。方法按照天津市碘缺乏病监测方案的要求,2018年分别从宁河区随机抽取200份儿童尿样及100份孕妇尿样。所有尿样均依据WS/T107.1-2016的规定采用砷铈催化分光光度法(国标法试剂盒)对尿样中的碘含量进行检测。结果经检验,所有尿样检测数据均呈偏态分布,儿童尿碘中位数为171.1μg/L,其中>500μg/L2例、占1.0%,>300~500μg/L27例、占13.5%,>100~300μg/L133例、占66.5%,>50~100μg/L31例、占15.5%,≤50μg/L7例、占3.5%;孕妇尿碘中位数据显示为154.4μg/L,>500μg/L4例、占4.0%,>300~500μg/L4例、占4.0%,>200~300μg/L19例、占19.0%,>100~200μg/L44例、占44.0%,>50~100μg/L19例、占19.0%,≤50μg/L10例、占10.0%。结论依据国家碘缺乏病消除标准GB16006-2008的规定,天津市宁河区学龄儿童尿碘水平达到国家消除碘缺乏病的判定标准,碘营养状况良好。根据WHO/ICCIDD提出的碘营养流行病学评估标准的规定,孕妇碘营养水平偏低,需要积极合理的补碘,同时还需警惕学龄儿童和孕妇人群中存在碘营养水平过量的风险。 Objective The iodine nutrition status of children and pregnant women in Ninghe District of Tianjin was analyzed to provide basis for the prevention and clinical treatment of iodine deficiency disease.Methods According to the requirements of the iodine deficiency disease monitoring program in Tianjin,200 urine samples of children and 100 urine samples of pregnant women were randomly collected from Ninghe District in 2018.According to WS/T 107.1-2016,all urine samples were tested for iodine content by arsenic cerium catalytic spectrophotometry(national standard method Kit).Results The results showed that the distribution of urine samples was skewed.The median of urine iodine in children was 171.1μg/L,including2 children above 500μg/L,accounting for 1.0%,27 children between>300-500μg/L,accounting for13.5%,133 children between>100-300μg/L,accounting for 66.5%,31 children between>50-100μg/L,accounting for 15.5%,7 children below 50μg/L,accounting for 3.5%;the median of urine iodine in pregnant women was 154.4μg/L,including 4 pregnant women above 500μg/L,accounting for 4.0%,4 pregnant women between>300-500μg/L,accounting for 4.0%,19 pregnant women between>200-300μg/L,accounting for 19.0%,44 pregnant women between>100-200μg/L,accounting for 44.0%,19 pregnant women between>50-100μg/L,accounting for 19.0%,and 10 pregnant women below 50μg/L,accounting for 10.0%.Conclusion According to the national standard for the elimination of iodine deficiency disease GB 16006-2008,the urine iodine level of school-age children in Ninghe District of Tianjin City met the national standard for the elimination of iodine deficiency disease,and the iodine nutrition was in good condition.According to the WHO/ICCIDD’s standard for the epidemiological assessment of iodine nutrition,the iodine nutrition level of pregnant women was low,which required active and reasonable supplement of iodine,meanwhile,it was necessary to be aware of the risk of excessive iodine nutrition level in school-age children and pregnant women.
