摘要
使用当量因子法和数量模型核算了2007-2016年中国稻田生态系统服务净价值。结果显示:1)2016年中国稻田生态系统提供服务价值为1.344×10^12元,服务成本为0.144×10^12元,服务净价值为1.2×10^12元,平均生态服务净价值为3977元/hm^2;2)2007-2016年,中国稻田生态系统服务净价值总体呈上升趋势,中东部地区稻田生态系统服务净价值较高,西北地区较低;3)稻田受化肥和农药污染较严重的省份为安徽。研究结论为制定精准的生态补偿机制提供了可靠的参考数据。各省应响应"农业节肥节药"政策,参照稻田生态成本比例有针对性地进行农村污染治理和生态环境保护工作。
Equivalent factor method and quantitative model were used to calculate the net ecosystem service value of paddy fields in China from 2007 to 2016.The results showed that:1)In 2016,the total value of paddy ecosystem services in China was 1.344×10^12 yuan,the cost of paddy ecosystem services was 0.144×10^12 yuan,the net value of ecosystem services was 1.2×10^12 yuan,and the average net value of paddy ecosystem services in China was 3977 yuan/hm^2 yuan.2)From 2007 to 2016,the net value of paddy ecosystem services in China was on the rise.The areas with high net value of rice ecosystem services in China were mainly concentrated in the central and eastern regions,while the northwest regions are relatively low.3)Anhui was the province with the most serious pollution of chemical fertilizers and pesticides.In conclusion,this study provided reliable references for the establishment of precise ecological compensation mechanism.These provinces should respond to the policy of"saving fertilizer and medicine in agriculture"and carry out targeted rural pollution control and ecological environmental protection work with reference to the ratio of ecological costs in paddy fields.
