马兰矿综采工作面上隅角瓦斯治理抽采措施研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对马兰矿工作面瓦斯含量较高、突出危险的工作面条件,分析了上隅角瓦斯抽采机理,主要由于“U”型通风系统风流及压差作用瓦斯在工作面上隅角形成了聚集,上隅角极易发生瓦斯超限及瓦斯积聚事故;在工作面除采取封堵切眼进、回风隅角、控制采空区悬顶面积等固有手段治理上隅角瓦斯外,重点针对上隅角瓦斯抽放采取高抽巷抽采、瓦斯抽放巷裂隙带抽采、瓦斯抽放巷大直径钻孔抽采、上隅角悬管抽采等综合措施治理上隅角瓦斯,并确定了各治理方案的具体技术参数。最后在马兰矿工作面进行了实践应用,由工作面现场数据分析可知瓦斯浓度保持在0.3%~0.6%,保障了工作面的安全生产,为相关地质条件的采煤工作面上隅角瓦斯治理提供参考。 In view of the conditions of working face with high gas content and dangerous outburst in Malan Coal Mine,the mechanism of gas extraction in upper corner is analyzed.The main reason is that gas accumulates in upper corner of working face due to the action of air flow and pressure difference of"U"ventilation system,and the upper corner is prone to gas exceeding limit and gas accumulation accidents.In ad-dition to controlling gas in upper corner by means of blocking cut-in,return air corner and controlling suspended roof area of goaf,compre-hensive measures such as high gas drainage roadway,gas drainage roadway fissure zone extraction,large diameter borehole drainage of gas drainage roadway and hanging pipe drainage of upper corner are adopted to control gas in upper corner.The specific technical parameters of each treatment scheme are determined.Finally,the practical application is carried out in Malan Coal Mine.According to the field data analy-sis,the gas concentration is kept at 0.3%~0.6%,which guarantees the safe production of the working face and provides a reference for gas control in the upper corner of the mining face under the relevant geological conditions.
