大直径钻孔替代联络巷埋管抽采技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 瓦斯高效抽采是瓦斯灾害治理的根本措施之一,其中采空区是抽采重点。西铭矿为高瓦斯矿井,北七盘区8#煤瓦斯涌出量相对较大,在回采过程中,来自采空区的瓦斯使工作面上隅角瓦斯频繁出现临界甚至超限,给煤矿的安全生产带来重大隐患。采用联络巷横贯巷抽抽采采空区瓦斯效果明显,但布置联络巷横贯工程量大、资金投入高及联络巷横贯封闭运料困难施工期长,采掘衔接紧张。为了解决以上问题,本文以48706备用工作面为对象,展开以大直径钻孔替代联络巷埋管抽采采空区瓦斯技术研究,以期实现“以孔代巷”。 gas efficient drainage is one of the fundamental measures for gas disaster management,in which goaf is the key point of drainage.Ximing Mine is a high gas mine,and the amount of 8#coal gas emission in the north seven pan area is relatively large.In the mining process,the gas from the goaf makes the gas in the upper corner of the working face appear critical or even beyond the limit frequently,which brings great hidden trouble to the safety production of the coal mine.The effect of gas drainage and drainage in the open area is obvious,but the construction period is long and the connection is tight.In order to solve the above problems,this paper takes 48706 spare working face as a pair.
