基于改进突变级数法的贵州省科技型中小企业发展评价研究

摘要 对贵州省科技型中小企业中大学生创业企业的发展情况进行评价,以期促进科技型企业高质量发展。为避免评价的主观性,运用突变级数法和主成分分析法,结合我国有关政策及国内外学者对企业成长性评价的相关研究,基于全面性和可操作性原则,将科技型中小企业成长性评价指标体系分为成长能力、运营能力和研发能力三部分。评价结果表明:在贵州省科技型中小企业中,大多数的大学生创业企业在运营能力方面表现良好,在研发能力上不尽如人意。为此,提出大学生创业企业应着重提升研发水平。 This paper evaluates the development of university students'entrepreneurial enterprises in science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)in Guizhou province in order to promote the high quality development of SMEs.In order to avoid the subjectivity of evaluation,the paper uses the method of mutation series and principal component analysis,combined with the relevant policies of our country and the relevant research of domestic and foreign scholars on the evaluation of enterprise growth,based on the principle of comprehensiveness and maneuverability,divides the evaluation index system of the growth of SMEs into three parts:growth ability,operation ability and R&D ability.The evaluation results show that in the SMEs of Guizhou,most of the university students'entrepreneurial enterprises have good performance in operation ability and are not satisfactory in R&D ability.Therefore,the paper puts forward that university students'entrepreneurial enterprises should focus on improving the level of research and development.
