摘要
在可持续发展的背景下,绿色供应链作为一种全过程环境管理模式,为装配式建筑的开发利用提供了良好的实施路径。然而,装配式建筑绿色供应链运营在复杂的社会网络环境中,涉及的风险因素众多,严重影响绿色供应链管理目标的实现。本研究首先基于利益相关者和全生命周期的角度识别风险因素;然后构建基于社会网络分析(SNA)的风险分析模型对装配式建筑绿色供应链中风险因素及其相互作用进行研究;接着识别关键风险和关键关系并分析风险类型特性;最后提出缓解策略并进行风险控制效果检测。本研究将利益相关者及风险对应结合分析,为评估和降低装配式建筑绿色供应链风险提供了有效的方法,提高了各参与方控制风险的有效性和准确性。
Under the background of sustainable development,green supply chain,as a whole-process environmental management mode,provides a good implementation path for the development and utilization of prefabricated buildings.However,in the complex social network environment,there are many risk factors involved in the operation of green supply chain of prefabricated buildings,which seriously affects the realization of the goal of green supply chain management.This study first identifies risk factors from the perspective of stakeholders and life cycle,and then builds the risk analysis model based on social network analysis(SNA)to study the risk factors and their interaction in the green supply chain of prefabricated buildings,and then identifies the key features and key relationship and analyzes the characteristics of risk types,finally puts forward the mitigation strategies and risk control effects are tested.This study combines the analysis of stakeholders and risk correspondence,provides an effective method to evaluate and reduce the risk of green supply chain of prefabricated buildings,and improves the effectiveness and accuracy of risk control of all participants.
