摘要
以马钢1#2 500 m^3高炉大修工程上料系统设备的改造为例,对上料系统的原理及设备改造内容做了简要介绍。接着对上料主皮带机的输送能力进行计算校核,然后对液力耦合器和减速机的选型做了详细的论述。最后对称量漏斗的改造优化以及称量漏斗闸门的设计进行分析。
As an example,to reconstruction of feeding system equipment for 1#2500 m3 BF overhaul project in Magang,the principle of feeding system and equipment modification are briefly introduced.Then calculate and check on the conveying capacity of the feeding main belt conveyor,and the selection of hydraulic coupler and reducer is discussed in detail.Finally,the reconstruction and optimization of the weighing funnel and the gate design of the weighing funnel are analyzed.
