我国职业教育“理论自信”的实现逻辑 被引量:13

On the Realization Logic of Theoretical Self-confidence in Vocational Education in China

摘要 职业教育不仅是国家教育体系的重要组成部分,而且是国家治理体系、战略体系,特别是国家技术技能体系的重要支撑。职业教育"理论自信"作为职业教育理论建设的思想基础和持久动力,具有自身独特的生成逻辑。其中,理论危机是逻辑动因,要求准确分析职业教育理论贫困的表现及成因;主体自觉是逻辑前提,要求化解职业教育认同危机并形成共同体意识;理论自立是逻辑基础,要求追溯"技术族谱"建构既能反映职业教育本质又能逻辑自洽的职业教育理论体系;中国特色是逻辑条件,要求凸显国家主导的制度优势、丰厚的历史积淀及当下生动的职业教育实践所创造的本土化成功经验。 Vocational education is not only an important part of the national education system,but also an important support for the national governance system,strategic system,especially the national technical skills system.As the ideological basis and lasting motive force of vocational education theory construction,"theoretical self-confidence"of vocational education has its own unique generating logic:the theory crisis is the logical motivation,which requires accurate analysis of the performance of vocational education theory poverty and its causes;the subject self-consciousness is the logical premise,which requires resolving the crisis of vocational education identity and forming community consciousness;the theory self-reliance is the logical basis,which requires tracing back the"technical genealogy"to construct the theory system of vocational education which reflects the nature of vocational education and is logically consistent;Chinese characteristics are logical conditions,which require highlighting the state-led institutional advantages,rich historical accumulation and the local successful experience created by the current vivid vocational education practice.
