摘要
为评价本地温室内2种优势寄生蜂烟蚜茧蜂和菜少脉蚜茧蜂对桃蚜的控害潜能,在温度(25±1)℃、相对湿度(60±5)%的条件下,研究了2种蚜茧蜂和桃蚜的繁殖、寿命和子代性比等生物学特性,并编制了寄主和寄生蜂的试验种群生命表。结果显示:2种蚜茧蜂的雌蜂寿命均长于雄蜂,烟蚜茧蜂雌蜂寿命长于菜少脉蚜茧蜂;2种蚜茧蜂的逐日产卵量在羽化第2日达到高峰(烟蚜茧蜂:67.70粒;菜少脉蚜茧蜂:52.95粒),随后逐日下降;烟蚜茧蜂和菜少脉蚜茧蜂单雌平均产卵量存在显著差异(烟蚜茧蜂:332.2粒/雌;菜少脉蚜茧蜂:218.9粒/雌),产卵历期也存在显著差异(烟蚜茧蜂:8.0 d;菜少脉蚜茧蜂:6.4 d);母蜂日龄对子代雌性比有显著影响,且在相同日龄条件下,菜少脉蚜茧蜂的子代雌性比高于烟蚜茧蜂;通过比较2种蚜茧蜂与桃蚜的生命表参数发现,蚜茧蜂rm和R0值均明显大于害虫。综上表明,2种蚜茧蜂对桃蚜的寄生能力强,繁殖速率高,种群增长速率均优于桃蚜,对桃蚜表现出较好的控害潜能。
In order to evaluate control potential of two dominant parasitic wasps,Aphidius gifuensis and Diaeretiella rapae,to Myzus persicae,in the local greenhouse,at a temperature of(25±1)℃and a relative humidity of(60±5)%,biological characteristics such as reproduction,life expectancy and progeny ratio of the two parasitic wasps were studied,and experimental population life tables of the host and the parasitic wasps were compiled.The results show that:females of the two aphid wasps had higher life expectancy than males,and female age of Aphidius gifuensis was longer than that of Diaeretiella rapae.Both wasps reached their oviposition peak on the second day(Aphidius gifuensis:67.70;Diaeretiella rapae:52.95),then went down day by day.There was a significant difference in the total number of oviposites between Aphidius gifuensis and Diaeretiella rapae(Aphidius gifuensis:332.2;Diaeretiella rapae:218.9).There was also a significant difference in oviposition period(Aphidius gifuensis:8.0 d;Diaeretiella rapae:6.4 d).Maternal wasp age had a significant effect on female ratio of offspring.Under the same age conditions,female ratio of offspring of Diaeretiella rapae was higher than that of Aphidius gifuensis life table parameters of Myzus persicae were R0=56.28,T=10.92,rm=0.37 andλ=1.45.Life table parameters of Aphidius gifuensis and Diaeretiella rapae were R0=179.63,T=12.89,rm=0.40 andλ=1.50;R0=124.19,T=11.16,rm=0.43 andλ=1.54.By comparing life table parameters of the two parasitic wasps and the host,R0 and rm of the two wasps were found to be higher than those of the pest.In summary,the two wasps have strong parasitism on aphid and high reproduction rate,and population growth rate is better than that of aphid,showing a good potential for controlling aphid.
