摘要
年轻的叙事医学经历了20年的成长,积累了可观的成绩,也积淀了诸多的困顿,期待从哲学基础、技术境遇与新学科比较等角度予以深入研讨与重新诠释。试图从“共在-存在”论角度重新锚定叙事医学的哲学基础与演进逻辑,并将叙事医学的临床可能性置于人工智能技术的现实境遇中来考察,预设各种可能的新格局。最后,从叙事医学与精准医学的交集中寻找个性化医疗与患者独特性境遇之间的哲学异同,以洞悉叙事医学发展的未来轨迹。
Young narrative medicine has experienced 20 years of growth,accumulated considerable achievements and bafflement.We look forward to both in-depth discussion and re-interpretation from philosophical perspective,technical circumstance and comparison between new disciplines.This article attempts to re-anchor the philosophical basis and evolution logic of narrative medicine from the perspective of"coexistence-existence"theory.And it also puts the clinical possibility of narrative medicine into the real situation of artificial intelligence technology to investigate and preset various possible new patterns.Finally,it looks for the philosophical similarities and differences between personalized medicine and the unique circumstances of patients from the intersection of narrative medicine and precision medicine to gain insight into the future trajectory of narrative medicine.
