摘要
为解决我国城市黑臭水体污染问题,贯彻落实生态文明建设,以福州市晋安区新店溪黑臭水体综合整治为例,通过水体透明度、溶解氧、氧化还原电位及氨氮等指标的检测,对黑臭水体进行排查识别和分级。结合点源污染、面源污染和内源污染,分析水体黑臭的特征与原因。针对新店溪黑臭水体的具体情况,从"控源截污、内源治理、生态修复、清水补给、智慧水务"5个方面对黑臭水体的综合整治方案进行阐述,以期为城市黑臭水体综合整治方案的制订提供借鉴。
In order to solve the problem of black&odorous water body pollution in China and to implement ecological civilization construction,the paper takes the comprehensive treatment scheme of Xindian Creek black&odorous water body in Jin’an District,Fuzhou as an example.Through the detection of water transparency,dissolved oxygen,redox potential&ammonia nitrogen,combining with the point source pollution,non-point source pollution&endogenous pollution,it not only investigates and identifies the black&odorous water body,but also analyzes the characteristics and reasons of the black&odorous water body pollution.According to the specific situation of Xindian Creek black&odorous water body,the comprehensive treatment scheme of black&odorous water body is introduced from five aspects such as source control&interception,endogenous treatment,ecological restoration,water supply,and smart water engineering.The case can be used as a technical reference for the comprehensive treatment of black&odorous water body in cities.
