摘要
文章针对基于MAX16058的看门狗电路进行了容差分析,文中采用了容差分析方法中较为简便直观的方法——最坏情况分析法对看门狗电路的时间常数进行了详细分析说明。通过分析看门狗电路中各元器件参数的偏差,说明了影响MAX16058看门狗时间常数设计的关键因素,并据此对电路组成部分参数容差进行修正,以此减小看门狗时间常数的偏差。容差分析方法不仅提高了看门狗电路的可靠性,同时对我们今后规范使用类似电路,提供了很好的借鉴意义,具有推广复用价值。
In this paper,the circuit tolerance analysis——worst case analysis is adopted to analyze the watchdog time of a typical circuit based on MAX16058 in detail.The key factors influencing the design of MAX16058 watchdog time constant are explained by the parameter deviation of components in the circuit.The parameter tolerance of the component part of the circuit is corrected accordingly to improve the reliability of the circuit.It also provides a good reference for us to use similar circuits in the future.
