消防无人机发动机点火用电点火具的研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过对电点火具的整体结构设计、药剂选择、点火药头选择以及装药结构确定,研制了一种用于消防无人机发动机点火用的高安全电点火具。结合公司现有的生产环境及生产设施设备条件,制定了高安全电点火具的生产工艺流程,能够安全、可靠及高效的指导生产,满足生产需求。同时,根据GJB 1885-1994《点火具通用规范》的性能指标要求,对高安全电点火具的主要性能指标进行试验,了解了高安全电点火具综合性能。综合结果表明:高安全电点火具属民用爆破器材产品的一种,它的研制符合民爆行业技术进步指导意见及高质量发展意见要求,其电性能、安全性能等技术水平较高,适用于配套消防无人机发动机点火装置的装配,经济和社会效益显著,有较高的推广价值。 A kind of high safety electric igniter for fire fighting UAV engine ignition is developed through the overall structure design,chemical selection,ignition head selection and charge structure determination of the electric igniter.Combined with the existing production environment and production facilities and equipment conditions of the company,the production process of high safety electric ignitor is formulated,which can guide the production safely,reliably and efficiently and meet the production demand.At the same time,according to the performance index requirements of GJB 1885-1994 general specification for ignitors,the main performance indexes of high safety electric ignitors are tested to understand the comprehensive performance of high safety electric ignitors.The comprehensive results show that the high safety electric ignitor belongs to a kind of civil blasting material product.Its development conforms to the technical progress guidance and high-quality development advice of the civil blasting industry.Its electrical performance,safety performance and other technical level are relatively high.It is suitable for the assembly of the ignition device of the matching fire UAV Engine,with remarkable economic and social benefits and high promotion value.
