摘要
目的对在儿童重症监护室护理中舒适护理的效果进行分析和研究。方法选择2017年6月—2018年8月我院重症监护室收治的儿童患者60例作为研究对象。按照就诊日期单双号将其划分为两组,普通组30例,舒适组30例。采用常规护理对普通组予以护理,在此基础上,采用舒适护理对舒适组予以护理,对两组患儿的护理效果进行分析和比较。结果舒适组中度不舒适和重度不舒适所占比例与普通组相比更低(P<0.05)。普通组家属的护理满意度为70.0%,舒适组家属的护理满意度为95.7%。在护理满意度方面,舒适组高于普通组(P<0.05)。结论在儿童重症监护室中,应用舒适护理可以有效改善患儿的不舒适情况,提升护理满意度。
Objective To analyze and study the effect of comfortable nursing in the nursing of children's intensive care unit.Methods 60 cases pediatric patients admitted to the intensive care unit of our hospital were selected as the research object from June 2017 to August 2018.They were divided into two groups according to the single and double numbers of the date of treatment,30 cases in the normal group and 30 cases in the comfort group.Routine nursing was used to care for the ordinary group,on this basis,comfortable nursing was used to care for the comfortable group,and the nursing effects of the two groups of patients were analyzed and compared.Results The proportion of moderate discomfort and severe discomfort in the comfort group was lower than that in the normal group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the family members of the general group was 70.0%,and the nursing satisfaction of the family members of the comfort group was 95.7%.In terms of nursing satisfaction,the comfort group was higher than the normal group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the intensive care unit of children,the application of comfortable nursing can effectively improve the discomfort of children and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
