摘要 为了适应严格的环保要求,实现汽车的燃油经济性,减少汽车尾气污染,轻量化材料在汽车车身上的应用越来越广泛。因此,概述超高强钢、铝合金和碳纤维复合材料,简述超高强钢热冲压成形技术、铝合金温热成形技术和碳纤维复合材料RTM成形技术的工作原理,介绍了轻量化材料在汽车车身上的研究及应用现状。 In order to meet the more and more strict environmental protection requirements,realize the fuel economy of the automobile,reduce the automobile exhaust pollution,lightweight materials are more and more widely used in the automobile body.In this paper,ultra-high strength steel,aluminum alloy and carbon fiber composite materials are summarized.The working principle of hot stamping forming technology of ultrahigh strength steel,warm forming technology of aluminum alloy and RTM forming technology of carbon fiber composite materials are briefly described.The research and application status of lightweight materials in automobile body are introduced.
