摘要
随着五轴联动加工中心在机械加工领域的广泛应用,对于五轴联动加工中心摆轴的检测受到技术人员的关注。传统测量方法受测量光路被遮挡的影响,不能实现全程测量。因此,提出了针对摆轴的测量光路和方法,旨在保证全程测量摆轴的精度。
With the wide application of the five axis machining center in the field of machining,the detection of the cycloid of the five axis machining center has attracted the attention of technicians.The traditional measurement method is affected by the occlusion of the measurement light path,so it can not realize the whole measurement.Therefore,the measurement light path and method for the cycloid are proposed to ensure the accuracy of the whole measurement of the cycloid.
