摘要
目的探讨作业流程重组联合细节管理对消毒供应室管理质量及器械处理状况的影响。方法选择我院消毒供应室16名医护人员为研究对象,将2018年2—7月期间采用常规消毒质量控制管理模式为对照组,2018年8月至2019年1月期间采用作业流程重组联合细节管理模式为观察组。观察并比较两组对消毒供应室的护理管理质量及器械处理情况。结果观察组护理管理质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组器械处理合格率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将作业流程重组联合细节管理应用于消毒供应室管理中可显著提升护理管理质量,提高器械处理合格率,值得推广和应用。
Objective To explore the effect of operation flow reorganization combined with detailed management for the quality of management and equipment treatment in the disinfection supply room.Methods To select 16 medical staff in the disinfection supply room of our hospital as the study objects,and the conventional disinfection quality control management model was adopted as the control group from February to July 2018,and the operation flow reorganization combined with detail management were adopted as an observation group from August 2018 to January 2019.The quality of nursing management and equipment treatment in the disinfection supply room were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The score of nursing management quality in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The qualification rate of device treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of operation flow reorganization combined with detailed management in the management of disinfection supply room can significantly improve the quality of nursing management and improve the qualification rate of device treatment,which was worth popularizing and applying.
