摘要
以红茶初制加工为例,对茶叶初制加工生产线中信息化与工业化的应用现状进行调研,探究红茶加工中3道复杂工序的关键技术参数,基于信息化技术开发了对工业化生产工序有效管控的茶叶加工控制系统,实现了红茶加工全程监控、在线分析和远程指导等功能。与传统高密度人员投入的茶叶单机生产加工模式比较,茶叶初制加工生产线有效改善了加工操作的便捷性,提高了自动化控制水平;显著减少了加工过程劳动力投入,产品加工工艺的可重复性高,卫生、品质更加可靠;对推进茶业发展转型升级,实现茶业高质量发展具有重要意义。
The application of informatization and industrialization,taking black tea processing as an example,in tea primary processing production line was studied.The key technical parameters of three complex processes in 10 technological links of black tea processing were explored.A tea processing control system which is based on information technology was designed.The system realize the whole process remote command,online analysis and monitoring of black tea processing.Comparison of single machine production and processing mode with high-density personnel input in traditional tea industry.The production line of black tea primary processing effectively improves the convenience of processing operation and the automatic control level of processing.It significantly reduces the labor input in the processing process,the processing technology has high repeatability,sanitation and more reliable quality.It is of great significance to promote the transformation and upgrading of China's tea industry and realize the high-quality development of tea industry.
