摘要
考虑死区时间对子模块投切的影响,建立死区时间造成最大电平偏差情况下的高压柔性直流输电系统模块化多电平换流器(modular multilevel converter,MMC)传导电磁骚扰源计算模型,分析对传导骚扰源强度产生影响的换流器运行参数。通过改变不同参数,对比分析得出各类参数对骚扰电压影响的机理和规律。结果表明死区时间会显著增大差模和共模骚扰源的高频包络线,但死区时间的长短对包络线影响较小,仅改变骚扰极值对应的频率;系统控制频率对骚扰强度影响较大;系统功率参考值对骚扰源影响相对较小,其中无功功率参考值影响最为轻微。仿真验证计算模型的可行性和有效性。
A calculation model for the HVDC modular multilevel converter conducted EMI source in which maximum deviation of the voltage level is caused by dead time is established. Operating parameters which exert influence on the conducted disturbance source strength is analyzed. Among them,significant increase will be observed in the high frequency envelope of the common mode and differential mode disturbance source when dead time is introduced. However,alternative length of the dead time changes the frequency corresponding to the extremum disturbance strength merely,which has little effect on the overall envelope;the control frequency of the system has great influence on the strength of the disturbance.The influence of reference value of the system power is relatively slight,in which the reactive power reference value has minimal impact. Simulation results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model.
