摘要
探讨超临界CO2无水染色技术对涤纶长丝针织物服用性能的影响,用传统水染和超临界CO2无水染色的涤纶长丝制成相同规格的针织物,对比两种织物的顶破强力、透气性和保暖性,通过KES风格评价系统测试了两种织物的拉伸、剪切、弯曲和摩擦性能等。结果表明,利用超临界CO2无水染色加工的涤纶长丝织物性能与传统水染涤纶长丝织物相近,部分性能甚至优于传统水染涤纶长丝织物,为超临界CO2无水染色产品的开发提供依据。
In order to explore the effect of supercritical CO2 anhydrous dyeing technology on the performance of polyester filament knitted fabrics, this paper uses conventional water-dyed polyester filaments and supercritical CO2 anhydrous dyed polyester filaments to knit fabrics with the same specification. The bursting strength, air permeability and warmth of the two fabrics are compared, and the tensile, shearing, bending and friction properties were tested on KES. The analysis shows that the performance of polyester filament fabric processed by supercritical CO2 waterless dyeing is similar to that of traditional water-dyed polyester filament fabric, and some properties are even better than traditional water-dyed polyester filament fabric,which provides a basis for the development of supercritical CO2 anhydrous dyeing products.
