2017—2018年长江中下游南昌甘薯新品种联合鉴定比较 被引量:2

Joint Identification of New Sweet Potato Varieties in the Middle and Lower Reaches of the Yangtze River in Nanchang(2017-2018)

摘要 为筛选和鉴定适合江西种植的甘薯新品种,以徐薯22、宁紫薯1号2个品种为对照,2017—2018年在江西省农业科学院作物研究所试验地进行长江中下游薯区甘薯新品种联合鉴定试验,对10个参试甘薯新品种进行产量测定和品质鉴定。结果表明,淀粉、食用及加工类品种中,皖Q610鲜薯产量最高,为48778.5 kg/hm^2,比对照徐薯22增产46.99%,浙薯33次之;薯干产量以浙33最高,为13308.0 kg/hm^2,比对照徐薯22增产33.39%,宁Y23-5次之;薯块品质以浙33最好,干物率高,熟食味好,皖Q610次之。紫薯类品种中,赣GZ12-27的鲜薯产量和薯干产量均最高,分别为41133.0、12730.5 kg/hm^2,比对照宁紫薯1号增产37.49%和62.40%;徐紫薯8号食味品质最优,赣GZ12-27次之。综合分析结果表明,宁Y23-5适宜作为高产高淀粉品种生产和育种中加以利用;浙33适宜作为优质高干食用及加工型品种在生产和育种上加以利用;赣GZ12-27、徐紫薯8号适宜作为高产高花青素品种在生产和育种上加以利用;皖Q610适宜作为高产红肉鲜薯食用型品种在育种上加以利用。 In order to identify and select new sweet potato varieties suitable for planting in Jiangxi,the joint identification trial of 10 new sweet potato varieties were carried out in the test base of crop institute of JXAAS in 2017-2018,with Xushu 22 and Ningzishu 1 as the control.Among the starch,edible and processing varieties,the fresh root yield of Wan Q610 was the highest(48778.5 kg/hm^2),followed by Zheshu 33,which was 46.99%higher than that of the control(Xushu 22);the dry root yield of Zheshu 33 was the highest(13308.0 kg/hm^2),followed by NingY 23-5,which was 33.39%higher than that of the control(Xushu 22).The quality of Zheshu 33 was the best with the highest dry matter content(32.85%)and good edible and sensory quality(78.2 scores),followed by Wan Q610.Among the purple sweet potato varieties,the fresh root yield and the dry root yield of Gan GZ 12-27 were the highest(41133.0,12730.5 kg/hm^2),which were 37.49%and 62.40%higher than that of the control(Ningzishu 1),followed by Xuzishu 8;the quality of Xuzishu 8 was the best with the good edible and sensory quality(77.2 scores),followed by Gan GZ 12-27.The comprehensive analysis showed that Ning Y 23-5 with high starch yield was suitable for being used as starch-processing varieties,Zheshu 33 with high dry matter content was appropriate for being used as high quality dry varieties,Gan GZ 12-27 and Xuzishu 8 were suitable for being used as high anthocyanin content varieties in production and breeding of new sweet potato varieties.Wan Q610 with high fresh root yield was desirable for being used as breeding parents in new varieties breeding.
