摘要
[目的]分析高原天名精全草挥发油的化学成分。[方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,用GC-MS联用技术对挥发油成分进行分离鉴定,采用面积归一化法确定各成分的相对含量。[结果]共鉴定出49个成分,占总峰面积的99.55%。其主要化学成分为马鞭烯醇、3,4-二乙氧基苯乙腈、5-甲基-2-烯丙基苯酚、6S-2,3,8,8-四甲基三环[5.2.2.0(1,6)]十一-2-烯、环氧柏木烷、香树烯氧化物(1)、2,3,5,9-四甲基-三环[6.3.0.0(1,5)]十一碳-2-烯-4-酮、植酮。[结论]该研究为高原天名精的深入开发利用提供一定的科学依据。
[Objective]The research aimed to analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil from the whole plant of Carpesium lipskyi.[Method]The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation.The chemical constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS.The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization method.[Result]49 compounds were identified,accounted for 99.55%.The main chemical components of the volatile were verbenol,3,4-diethoxyphenylacetonitrile,5-methyl-2-allylphenol,6S-2,3,8,8-tetramethyltricyclo[5.2.2.0(1,6)]undec-2-ene,α-cedrene epoxide,alloaromadendrene oxide-(1),2,3,5,9-tetramethyl-Tricyclo[6.3.0.0(1,5)]undec-2-en-4-one,phytone.[Conclusion]The study provides a scientific basis for exploiting the resources of Carpesium lipskyi Winkl.
