摘要
本文以某项目为例,结合项目“地下连续墙+两道钢筋混凝土内支撑”的基坑支护结构形式,在基坑支护及土方开挖施工阶段,充分利用基坑支护结构体系首层的冠梁、支撑梁、连系梁以及新增加的塔吊基础承重梁和封板作为塔吊基础的承台,地下连续墙、钢管混凝土立柱和立柱桩作为塔吊基础的竖向支撑体系,使塔吊基础与基坑支护结构体系相结合,有效解决了狭窄场地条件下深基坑支护及土方开挖施工阶段的垂直运输问题,提高了垂直运输的效率,同时减少了单独设置塔吊基础的成本,取得了较好的经济效益和工期效益,具有较大的推广价值。
This article takes a project as an example and combines the foundation pit supporting structure formof the project"underground continuous wall+two reinforced concrete internal supports".The crown beams,support beams,connecting beams,and newly added tower crane foundation load beams and sealing plates are used as the tower crane foundation platform,and the underground continuous wall,concrete-filled steel tube columns and column piles are used as the vertical support system of the tower crane foundation to make the tower crane The combination of foundation and foundation pit support structure system effectively solves the problem of vertical transportation in the construction stage of deep foundation pit support and earth excavation under narrow site conditions,improves the efficiency of vertical transportation,and reduces the cost of setting up a tower crane foundation separately,Has achieved good economic benefits and construction period benefits,has a greater value of promotion.
