摘要
施工现场塔吊的布置位置直接影响施工进度。本文针对传统的塔吊布置方法人工耗时长、效率低、易出错等问题,提出了一种基于计算机辅助计算的建筑施工场地多塔吊优化布置方法。该方法通过数据准备及初始条件设置、离散化建筑物轮廓线、获取塔吊布置轮廓线离散化点、获取塔吊可布置点、确定可布置工况集合、确定多塔塔吊布置最优工况等六个步骤,对建筑施工项目塔吊位置进行优化布置,最终得到塔吊优化布置结果。该方法简单可靠、操作方便、计算效率高,弥补了传统方法的不足。本文以某工程规划住宅区为例验证了该方法的可行性,为类似工程提供参考和借鉴。
The positioning of tower cranes on the construction site directly affects the construction progress.Aiming at the problems of traditional time-consuming,low efficiency and error-prone methods of tower crane layout,the paper proposes a computer-aided calculation method for multi-tower crane optimization layout.The computer-aided calculation method proceed by six step:data preparation and initial condition setting,discretization of building outlines;acquisition of tower crane layout outline discretization points,acquisition of tower crane configurable points,determination of configurable work condition sets,determination of optimal operation conditions for multi-tower crane arrangement.By the means of above steps,the method optimizes the position of the tower crane,and finally obtains the optimized layout of the tower crane in the construction project.The method is simple and reliable,easy to operate,and has high calculation efficiency,which makes up for the shortcomings of the traditional method.In the paper,the residential area of a certain project is used as an example to verify the feasibility of the method,which provides reference for similar projects.
