摘要
目的药师参与临床治疗,为冠心病合并难治性高血压透析患者的降压治疗提供参考。方法药师参与1例冠心病合并难治性高血压透析患者的药物治疗方案的调整,结合目前高血压血液透析患者降压药物治疗的研究进展与患者病情,建议临床调整患者降压用药方案。结果患者症状改善,血压得到有效控制。结论药师参与临床治疗,与医师共同制定用药方案,提高临床疗效。
Objective Pharmacists participate in clinical treatment and provide reference for the treatment of coronary heart disease with refractory hypertension in a hemodialysis patient.Methods Pharmacists participated in the adjustment of drug treatment for 1 case of coronary heart disease with refractory hypertension,considered current drug treatment of hemodialysis patients with hypertension,and suggested that the strategy of drug treatment be adjusted.Results After treatment,the symptom and blood pressure of the patient were obviously improved.Conclusion Pharmacists participate in the clinical treatment,provide a reasonable clinical treatment program with physicians,and improve the clinical efficacy.
