摘要
面对突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情,从中央到地方出台了多种抗击疫情、维护稳定、恢复生产的扶持性政策,主要包括防疫物资扶持、社会保险费减免、房租减免及临时性补贴等。相关疫情扶持政策从某种层面为民办幼儿园举办者选择举办营利性还是非营利性幼儿园提供了新的视角。
To fight Covid-19 epidemic,central government and local governments have issued many policies to stabilize and restart production,mainly including providing epidemic prevention materials,social insurance charges reduction,rent relief,and temporary subsidies.These support policies provide a new penpective for private kindergartens to decide whether they want to be profit or non-profit type.
