摘要
积极应对社会老龄化应以人为本,机构养老设施公共服务用房的配置应以老年人的实际需求为基础,但目前机构养老设施已配置的公共服务用房各不相同,层次不齐,与老年人实际需求存在一定差距。该文通过调研和访谈机构养老设施老年人,综合分析老年人对公共服务用房的使用和需求特征,并以此为基础提出机构养老设施结合具体建设条件配置公共服务用房的策略。
Actively responding to population aging should be people-oriented,and configuring the public service room for institutional pension facilities should be based on the actual needs of the elderly,However,the public service room that has been allocated in institutional pension facilities are different and has different levels at present,so there is a gap with the actual needs of the elderly.In this article we comprehensively analyze the public service room use and demand characteristics of the elderly through researching and interviewing the elderly in institutional pension facilities,and as a basis we put forward the strategy of allocating services public room for the institutional pension facilities in combination with specific construction conditions.
