摘要
X染色体遗传标记因其独特的结构特征和遗传特征,在法庭科学中具有不可替代的重要作用。目前国内外对X-STR基因座的研究主要集中于法医学领域对遗传多态性和特殊复杂亲缘关系的鉴定,以及临床医学领域对X染色体连锁遗传病的基因定位和基因诊断。随着现代遗传分析技术的不断进步及特殊亲缘案件的增多,X-STR的重要作用日益凸显。对X-STR基因座研究的持续深入,未来可进一步发挥其潜在优势,为刑事侦查和司法鉴定提供更为精确的线索和鉴定意见。
Because of its unique structural and genetic characteristics,X chromosome genetic markers play an irreplaceable role in forensic science.At present,domestic and international research on X-STR loci mainly focuses on the identification of genetic polymorphisms and special complex relationships in the field of forensic science,and the gene mapping and genetic diagnosis of X-linked genetic diseases in the field of clinical medicine.With the continuous advancement of modern genetic analysis technology and the increase of special relative cases,the important role of X-STR has become increasingly prominent.As the research on the X-STR locus continues,its potential advantages can be further exploited in the future,providing more accurate clues and expert opinions for criminal investigation and judicial identification.
