摘要
传动系统是冲压机构整体系统的关键环节,在进行设计时需要综合考虑系统的合理性和可靠性,进而优化机床的整体性能和质量。文章基于ADAMS软件对机械压力机工作机构进行了分析和优化。文章首先给出了压力机的运动分析合数学模型;其次运用ADAMS软件分析了虚拟样机技术及其建模流程;最后针对多连杆样机模型进行了仿真分析,得到了优化以后的系统关键部位数据。最终所得结论表明,优化后的产品性能和质量能够得到有效提升。文章为机械设计领域进行机械压力机的机构优化提供了数据支持和优化方案。
the transmission system is the key link of the whole system of stamping mechanism.The rationality and reliability of the system should be considered in the design to optimize the whole performance and quality of the machine tool.This paper analyzes and optimizes the working mechanism of mechanical press based on ADAMS.Firstly,the paper presents the motion analysis and mathematical model of the press;secondly,the virtual proto⁃type technology and its modeling process are analyzed by using ADAMS software;finally,the multi link prototype model is simulated and analyzed,and the data of key parts of the system after optimization is obtained.The final conclusion shows that the optimized product performance and quality can be effectively improved.This paper pro⁃vides data support and optimization scheme for the mechanism optimization of mechanical press in the field of me⁃chanical design.
