工业供热联合运行的应用与研究

摘要 某电厂供热一期工程设计参数较低,而热用户用汽需求量超出设计值;供热二期工程设计参数较供热一期高,但热用户用汽量较少。为解决供热一期工业蒸汽供不应求、供热二期工业蒸汽产能过剩的问题,基于能量梯级利用原理,结合现场实际实施供热改造,增加供热一、二期连通系统,采用联合运行的方式进行供热。运行结果表明:联合运行的方式能较好地满足各热用户对供热蒸汽参数的需求,提高了电厂供热的安全稳定性和经济性,并且这种联合运行的方式较简单,易于改造和推广使用。 The design parameters of the first period heating project are low,while the steam demand of heat consumers exceeds the design value.The design parameters of the second period project are higher than that of the first period project,but the heat consumers need less steam.In order to solve the uncoordinated problem of the relation between supply and demand,based on the principle of cascaded utilization of energy,implement heating reform according to the actual conditions,implemented the industrial heating combined operating by adding an interconnected system.The experiment results showed that the combined operating can meet the demand parameters of the heat consumers,and improved the safety,stability and economy of the power plant heating.Moreover,the mode of combined operating is simple and easy to be reformed and extended.
