摘要
上颈椎失稳是指当寰枕、寰枢关节因各种原因导致其结构功能减退,以致其在生理载荷下出现的过度活动或异常活动,引起一系列临床症状,严重时可致四肢瘫痪甚至死亡。因此,本文通过对近年来相关文献的整理,对上颈椎失稳的有限元研究入手,总结该病的相关生物力学特点,意在为该病的研究提供参考。
The upper cervical spine instability means that when atlantooccipital,atlantoaxial joint structure for various causes dysfunction that occurs under physiological load excessive activity or unusual activity,causing a series of clinical symptoms,severe cases can cause paralysis of the limbs and even death.Thus based on recent literature finishing,finite element analysis of the upper cervical spine instability start summarized biomechanical characteristics of the disease,it is intended to provide a reference for the study of disease.
