摘要
目的深入了解机动卫勤分队队员参加战创伤救护案例桌面推演的体验,为探索案例桌面推演在模拟训练中的应用提供参考。方法采用目的抽样法,选取参加桌面推演的16名机动卫勤分队队员为研究对象,采用半结构式访谈收集资料,根据Colaizzi的7步分析法对资料进行分析,提炼主题。结果提炼出4个主题,即有利于掌握战救知识与流程,培养战救思维能力,模拟实战化训练,加强跨专业合作。结论战创伤桌面推演有利于促进机动卫勤分队队员对战救知识和流程的掌握,促进实战化模拟训练,有利于培养战救思维,加强跨学科合作提升效率。
Objective To understand the experience of mobile medical team personnel participating in desktop deduction of war trauma treatment cases.Methods 16 mobile medical service team members who participated in desktop deduction were selected as the research objects by purposeful sampling method.Data were collected by semi-structured interviews.Data were analyzed by Colaizzi's seven-step analysis method to extract themes.Results Four themes were extracted,including mastering the knowledge and process of combat rescue,cultivating the thinking of combat rescue,simulating training close to actual combat and strengthening the consciousness of cross-professional cooperation.Conclusion Desktop deduction of war trauma treatment is helpful to promote the mastery of combat rescue knowledge of mobile medical unit personnel,attach importance to combat simulation training,cultivate combat rescue thinking,strengthen interdisciplinary cooperation and improve treatment efficiency.
