摘要
针对气体因为刚度小、高压缩比等特点而无法进行气体压力精确动态跟踪与稳态控制的问题,提出了进、排气口双电液阀控制的方式,并在此基础上将控制阀芯执行器的两个伺服阀采用反极性串联的电气连接方式,由一个控制通道进行伺服控制,以保证气体压力动态跟踪及稳态控制精度。试验测试结果表明,采用该种控制方式,气体压力动态跟踪性能好,稳态控制最大误差为0.625%。
Due to the characteristics of low stiffness and high compression ratio of gas,the gas pressure cannot perform precise control result in the dynamic tracking and steady-state control process.In response to this problem,this paper proposes the control method of the double electro-hydraulic valve at the inlet and exhaust ports,and on this basis,the two servo valves of the spool actuator are connected in the way of reverse polarity series connection to ensure the dynamic tracking of gas pressure and the accuracy of steady-state control.The test results show that with this control method,the gas pressure dynamic tracking performance is good,and the maximum error of the steady-state control is 0.625%.
