摘要
采用宏观检查、力学性能、化学成分分析、微观及能谱分析等表征手段,针对某井下N80油管腐蚀穿孔进行了失效分析。结果表明,该油管腐蚀形式为内腐蚀,其力学性能、金相组织结构、化学成分均满足标准要求,但是存在一定级别的带状组织,从而导致腐蚀倾向性加强。在特定工况介质下,大流量的冲刷进一步加剧了腐蚀,最终形成条带状腐蚀穿孔。
By means of micrographic method,mechanical property,chemical composition analysis,microscopic and energy spectrum analysis and other characterization methods,failure analysis is performed for the corrosion perforation of N80 tubing in a well.The results show that the corrosion form of the tubing is internal corrosion,and its mechanical properties,metallographic structure,and chemical composition meet the requirements of the standard,but there is a certain level of banded structure,which leads to the enhancement of the corrosion tendency.Under certain working conditions,the erosion of high flow rate further intensifies the corrosion and finally forms strip corrosion perforation.
