基于三阶Teager能量算子的轴承诊断技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 周期性的冲击信号是诊断滚动轴承缺陷的关键指标,有效地提取缺陷的冲量对精确检测轴承故障非常重要。受到噪声的影响,滚动轴承故障信号的冲击特征始终处于被淹没状况。为了将周期性冲击信号自低信噪比信号内提取出来,可通过一类三阶Teager能量算子对滚动轴承故障进行诊断。通过三阶Teager能量算子对故障振动信号的瞬时总能量进行求解,借助傅里叶变换开展频谱分析,自三阶Teager能量算子谱内进行故障特征的提取。结果表明,三阶Teager能量算子谱能够突出地显示出故障特征,效果明显优于传统的频谱分析法、包络谱分析法与二阶Teager能量算子谱法。 Periodic impact signal is the key index to diagnose rolling bearing defects.It is very important to extract the impulse of defects effectively for accurate detection of bearing faults.However,under the influence of noise,the impact characteristic of rolling bearing fault signal is always submerged.In order to extract periodic impact signals from low SNR signals,this paper used a class of third-order Teager energy operators to diagnose rolling bearing faults.The paper used the third-order Teager energy operator to calculate the instantaneous total energy for the fault vibration signal,performed the spectrum analysis with Fourier transform.The fault features could be extracted from the third-order Teager energy spectrum.The results show that the third-order Teager energy spectrum can clearly show the fault characteristics,and the effect is obviously better than the traditional spectrum analysis method,envelope spectrum analysis method and second-order Teager energy spectrum method.
