神经细胞黏附分子在涎腺腺样囊性癌中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 涎腺腺样囊性癌(SACC)是口腔颌面部常见的恶性肿瘤,手术切除辅助术后放疗是SACC的主要治疗方法。因SACC具有明显的嗜神经侵袭特性,临床常采取扩大切除,但仍难获得清晰的手术边缘,导致术后复发和预后不良。神经细胞黏附分子(NCAM)参与SACC细胞的分化调节,促进肿瘤细胞发育。细胞与细胞间在发生黏附作用时,NCAM聚集于细胞膜表面,可调节神经元并改变细胞外环境,促使癌细胞迁移并沿神经追踪,从而引起周围神经浸润,直接影响SACC的预后及转移。NCAM与肿瘤的发生、发展存在因果关系,可为SACC的诊断及预后提供新的参考依据。 Salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma(SACC)is a common malignant tumor in oral and maxillofacial region,and surgical resection and adjuvant postoperative radiotherapy are the main treatment methods.Due to the obvious neurotropic invasive characteristic of SACC,extended resection is often performed clinically,but it is still difficult to obtain a clear surgical edge,leading to postoperative recurrence and poor prognosis.Nerve cell adhesion molecules(NCAM)are involved in the differentiation and regulation of SACC cells and promote the development of tumor cells.During cell-to-cell adhesion,NCAMs accumulate on the surface of the cell membrane,modulate neurons and change the extracellular environment,promote the migration of cancer cells and track them along the nerve,thus causing peripheral nerve infiltration and directly affecting the prognosis and metastasis of SACC.There is a causal relationship between NCAM and the occurrence and development of tumor,which can provide a new reference for the diagnosis and prognosis of SACC.
