输送带接头硫化温度监控系统设计 被引量:3

摘要 针对输送带接头硫化温度是一种不确定、大惯性、非线性严重的控制对象,进行了基于MATLAB的硫化温度模糊PID控制的仿真研究,设计了基于PLC和模糊PID控制原理的输送带接头硫化温度监控系统,有效提高了硫化温度监测与控制的自动化程度、精度以及稳定性,实现了快速采集硫化温度、温度超限报警、温度传感器损坏报警、硫化恒温自动计时等功能,同时通过采用WinCC软件,实现了硫化状态、硫化温度变化曲线等的实时显示功能。 The vulcanization temperature of conveyor belt joint is a kind of uncertain,large inertia,and severe non-linear control object.The simulation research of vulcanization temperature fuzzy PID control based on MATLAB was carried out.The monitoring system of vulcanization temperature of conveyor belt joint based on PLC and fuzzy PID control principle was designed,which effectively improves the automation degree,accuracy and stability of vulcanization temperature monitoring and control,and realizes functions such as fast acquisition of vulcanization temperature,temperature over-limit alarm,temperature sensor damage alarm,and automatic vulcanization constant temperature timing.At the same time,the real-time display function of vulcanization status and vulcanization temperature change curve was realized by using WinCC software.
